ECom has merged with Seattle, Washington-based Service Intelligence, nationally recognized as a leading authority and trendsetter in customer service research and training solutions.
ECom's Calgary office now serves as Service Intelligence.com's Technology and Program Services Center. Service Intelligence.com's headquarters and Professional Services Center are located in Seattle.
